This beach bungalow is just as cozy and comfortable as it looks! Nestled in the trees at the end of a dirt road this piece offers some privacy and a beautiful view! The cabin is on concrete block posts and is rustic. Two very nice sliding doors lead to the screened 8x24 front porch. There's a bedroom that needs to be finished and a loft for extra sleeping space. The wood stove heats the cabin nicely and there is access during most winters. The entire cabin is open and ready for your final touches. The trail leads to the bank of the sand beach where there is about a 5' drop. The Mouth of the Huron River is about a mile and a half away where you'll find some good fishing...especially in the spring. Lots of CFA lands nearby for hunting and there's also easy access to Big Bay for the day in case your rained out. A fabulous location on Lake Superior with miles of beach to walk, glass to pick and rocks to skip!
